How to get started with PayWise?

Whether you’re a freelancer or a manager of a large company, initiating collaboration with our service is simple.

You need to fill out an application on our website to begin.

We will contact you to discuss all the request details and together select the optimal pricing plan.

Once that’s done, you will be assigned a dedicated manager who will support your project.

We’ll proceed by signing the contract, initiating registration in the PayWise service, and commencing the data transfer process.

How does the interaction with the service work during the project?

After signing the contract with PayWise, each project is assigned a dedicated accounting manager who handles all communication with the client.

Their responsibilities include salary calculations, money transfers, and tax reporting.

Our company’s employees use the communication channels that are most convenient for our clients.

What methods are supported for depositing and withdrawing funds with PayWise?

Clients can deposit funds into their PayWise balance using:

  • SWIFT/SEPA/ACH/WIRE bank transfers;
  • MasterCard & Visa cards.

Funds can be withdrawn to a bank account, MasterCard & Visa cards, or PayPal.

At what exchange rate are transfers made to the PayWise account?

The client transfers funds at the exchange rate provided by the bank they use on the day of the transfer.

There may be additional fees associated with transferring funds from the client’s account to PayWise.

The terms of the transfer are determined in collaboration with the correspondent bank on the client’s side.

PayWise credits the client’s balance with the exact amount received from them.

What are the differences between PayWise pricing plans?

PayWise offers services of varying complexity:

    • Payroll:
      salary calculations and technical transaction handling;
    • PEO Professional Employer Organization:
      salary calculations, transfers, and tax reporting;
    • EOR – Employee of the Record:
      includes all PEO services plus employment contract management, risk management, pensions, and medical insurance.
How much does it cost to support one employee?

For PEO services, PayWise charges starting from 85 EUR per employee per month.

The fee for EOR (full personnel outsourcing) starts from 350 EUR per employee per month. We do not charge any additional fees, levies, or commissions.

The cost of PayWise services is exactly as stated in our price list.

If a company scales up, downsizes, or relocates, how do the collaboration terms change?

The PayWise service system is designed to provide maximum convenience in personnel and payment management.

We have no restrictions based on the minimum number of company employees or contractors.

All pricing plans are flexible.

Regardless of the company’s tasks, clients can rely on prompt support and assistance in any circumstances.

Are there any regional limitations to using PayWise?

Our service is available in all countries except those that are legally prohibited.

As of 2023, restrictions apply in the following countries:
Venezuela, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Libya, Myanmar, Syria, South Sudan, and Sudan.
